Classic Prawn Cocktail, with smoked salmon and frosh granary bread

Homemade Chicken Liver Pate, with toasted bread and a spiced pear

Baked whole camembert, with a caramelized onion chutney.

MAIN ENTRÉE

Traditional Roast Turkey Crown, with all the seasonal trimmings.

Oven Roast Cod Loin, with a ratatouille vegetable sauce, sauteed potatoes and tender stem broccoli. Slow Cooked Venison Bourguignon, with a spring onion and buttered savoy cabbage.

Mediterranean Inspired Puff Pastry Parcels, filled with a rich tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, red pepper, chickpeas, courgette, served with dauphinois potatoes and fine green beans.

DESSERT

Traditional Christmas pudding, with brandy sauce

Eton Mess, with a mixture of winter berries and fresh whipped cream

Chocolate Fudge Cake, with vanilla ice cream

Cheese Board, Coastal cheddar, Dorset brie, Vinny, creamy blue, selection of biscuits and chutneys
